Learning and Employment
All our service users have the opportunity to engage in learning and career development. Our in-house training programme gives people the skills they need to move into and run their own homes. We also work with a range of external organisations, such as Leicestershire Cares to set up learning and work placement opportunities for service users.
Our service users undertake courses leading to accreditation in a range of subjects from catering to electrical engineering. Some have also completed personal development programmes run by the Prince’s Trust and have been able to develop a range of new workplace skills, such as team working and interview preparation.
