Supported Housing

Supported Housing

watching tv Each year Action Homeless provides supported housing for over 250 people. Our accommodation provides a safe and welcoming place for people to live on a temporary basis where they can receive the support they need to get their life back on track and find and move into their own home.

People living in our accommodation come to us with a range of different stories and backgrounds.  From rough sleepers to those escaping domestic violence, every one of our service users has a different reason for living with Action Homeless.

Everybody who lives with us has a key worker and an individual plan, which helps them to eventually move into their own home and achieve other goals, such as completing a training course or getting a new job.

If you would like to find out more about our accommodation, please contact us for information.

We also take referrals from other agencies.  If you would like to refer someone to Action Homeless for accommodation, please download and complete our application for accommodation.
