Winter Appeal 2010/11

The Reverend Tim Blewett, an Action Homeless trustee, spent 4 days and nights (28 November to 2 December) rough sleeping in Leicester. What he saw confirmed that with sufficient funds we have a real chance to dramatically and permanently reduce homelessness in our city. As a result of Tim's efforts and all the fabulous donations and support we received from the local community we were able to achieve our appeal target of £10,000 to enable Action Homeless to provide two emergency beds for the whole of 2011.
