Ian brings over 25 years’ experience in leadership development, organisational strategy and people growth across both public and private sectors. His career has focused on helping leaders and teams realise their potential, with particular expertise in coaching, facilitation, and change management.
Having worked with more than 50 organisations in the UK and internationally, Ian has supported senior leaders in shaping strategies that deliver measurable, people-centred outcomes. He has held senior operational and development roles, most recently leading talent and learning functions within global and UK-based businesses.
Alongside his professional work, Ian has been an active governor and trustee in the education sector, supporting leadership development and performance management initiatives. He is passionate about making a positive difference within his local community and is committed to supporting Action Homeless in its mission to tackle the causes and consequences of homelessness in Leicester.
