Action Homeless Connection Day

Last Friday on 28th October, Action Homeless welcomed our residents and service users to The Stairway Project in Leicester for a special event to connect with our clients and to celebrate as we enter our 50th year of operation.

We were joined by a number of external organisations from across Leicester who offered their services and advice to our clients.

It was a brilliant opportunity for our clients to visit our themed discussion rooms to speak to our managers about the things that matter to them, listen to Mark our CEO as he looked to the future of Action Homeless and hear from Leicester City Council about how the Housing Register operates.

The day was a great success and it was brilliant to see and hear from so many of our clients. Everyone who attended received a goody bag and celebratory cupcake and there was also the chance to attend a taster therapy session!
