VAL Awards 2022 Finalist

Action Trust has been shortlisted as a finalist in this year’s VAL Awards in the Social Enterprise category!

The Action Trust team, who all have personal experience of homelessness, carry out professional cleaning, gardening and maintenance services to Action Homeless’ portfolio of properties and to a range of external clients across Leicester and Leicestershire. Action Trust volunteers and employees play a pivotal role in our mission to break the cycle of homelessness. The team take great pride in maintaining the properties, ensuring each bedroom has been thoroughly cleaned before a new resident moves in. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the team worked extra hard to ensure all areas were kept clean and safe.

Members of the Action Trust team have been invited to the VAL Awards at the Mercure Grand Hotel in Leicester on the 16th September to meet the other finalists and see if they have won Social Enterprise of the Year.
